Chief Retail Officer Ilias Katsaros Named by OPAP

Katsaros has been a part of the industry for 20 years and has worked his way up the corporate ladder in Germany, Greece, and the United States.
He worked as a senior director of sales in Europe for Adidas for eight years, general manager for Korres Natural Products for over seven, and senior brand manager for Diageo for four years before joining OPAP.
Working in tandem with the company's "Fast Forward" business plan, his responsibilities at OPAP will include "exploring and leveraging growth opportunities for the company and partners" and the upkeep of their retail network.
This comes after the business announced record-breaking growth in sports betting and online casino operations in the third quarter of 2021, as well as a year-on-year gain in revenue and net profit.
