As the transaction with Pala Interactive approaches, Boyd announces growth in Q3.
The third quarter results showed year-on-year improvement in revenue and net profit for Boyd Gaming, a land-based casino operator. The company also stated that it hopes to complete its acquisition of Pala Interactive in the next two weeks.

In March of this year, Boyd reached an agreement to purchase Pala Interactive, a North American igaming software and services provider majorly owned by the Pala Band of Mission Indians, for $170.0 million.
Even while the operator is hoping to finalise the acquisition next month, and Boyd had predicted that the purchase would close in the first quarter of 2023, it now appears that the closing date has been pushed up.
